Glasser Law, PLLC is an Arizona law firm focused on insurance advocacy and complex civil litigation. Our practice centers on disputes arising from insurance claims, coverage obligations, and the professional responsibilities of those involved in the insurance and legal process.
We represent individuals and businesses involved in insurance disputes, as well as licensed professionals whose judgment and conduct are called into question in civil litigation. Our matters often arise from contested claims, coverage disputes, and professional services provided in regulated environments. In each case, we focus on the underlying facts, the applicable standards, and the practical consequences of litigation strategy and decision-making.
Our Approach
Insurance disputes are often decided by details. Documentation, timing, communications, and the exercise of professional judgment frequently shape outcomes more than abstract legal theories.
Our approach is deliberate and disciplined. We focus on early issue identification, careful framing of duties and obligations, and litigation strategies tailored to the specific risks presented. Whether a matter is resolved through motion practice, negotiation, or trial, we aim to position our clients based on a clear understanding of the record and the law.

Jamie’s practice focuses on insurance-related litigation, professional liability matters, and complex civil disputes. He represents individuals and businesses in insurance disputes and licensed professionals facing claims arising from their professional services.
Before attending law school, Jamie worked as a claims handler for an insurance company. That experience provided direct exposure to claim evaluation, coverage analysis, and the internal processes that shape how insurance decisions are made. It continues to inform his approach to litigation and dispute strategy.
Jamie has significant experience handling matters involving insurance coverage, claim disputes, professional standards of care, and contractual and statutory liability. His work includes early case assessment, coordination with experts and insurers, and strategic motion practice directed at narrowing issues and resolving disputes efficiently.
Outside of law practice, Jamie enjoys spending time hiking and mountaineering, having summited three of the World’s Seven Summits and aiming to keep climbing.
